Staff Augmentation
Lenmar’s Staff Augmentation practice provides experienced IT professionals and BFSI domain experts at the right time, right price, and the right place. Lenmar offers contract, contract-to-hire and permanent staffing services to clients.
Contract: We provide professionals from our pool of qualified candidates spanning across different domains, technologies, and experience levels on a contract basis, for short term or long-term projects as per the client’s needs. Our contract staffing helps clients in different scenarios: augment their team with specialized talent or cover for leaves of absence or for planned or unplanned workload or handle new projects, etc. We offer competitive hourly and daily rates based on the experience, skills and location.
Contract-to-Hire(CTH): We offer CTH candidates to afford both the candidate and the employer an opportunity to evaluate each other before formalizing an employer-employee relationship. On one hand, it allows the candidate to experience the company's culture, work environment, etc and on the other hand, the employer gets the opportunity to understand candidate’s personality and skills in depth. Companies often use this model to avoid putting off projects and at the same time, make progress on finding suitable employees. The evaluation period varies anywhere from 3 to 12 months.
Permanent staffing: Our dedicated direct placement team helps clients direct hire permanent staff to lead key business and technical initiatives. Lenmar FT placement team is ready and able to find qualified candidates from often a small talent pool using specialized recruiting techniques and latest recruiting tools. Our team takes time to understand unique business, technical and culture environment of the client to find suitable candidates. We also identify and highlight any salient benefits of joining a client’s team, thus helping them hire candidates they want. We charge a percentage of salary as a fee for this service.
Managed Services

It is an approach that allows businesses to outsource day-to-day IT tasks to a service provider who provides round-the-clock support. Statement of Work (SOW) Staffing
Lenmar offers statement of work (SOW) staffing service to eliminate risk and maximize returns to clients by contractually hiring professionals that have defined project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. In this staffing model, we significantly reduce the client’s risk by owning the responsibility for both provision of talent and completion of project objectives. The client has to pay fee upon completion of a predefined set of deliverables. Our team typically works on-site as an extension of the client team.
